Open DMX Theater
The current version of Open DMX Theater is v1.10. You can download it from the following location:

The download includes the executable and required dll file. It also includes the full source code, from Borland C++ Builder. The source code has been tested on a fresh installation of BCB6 and could be compiled right from the project file, without errors.
